Julian and BR faced some major challenges throughout the planning process, namely having to find a completely new venue just a few months before their wedding! Luckily (actually kind of miraculously), the Black Bear Inn in Arnold was available and from there all the other pieces fell into place.
Julian and BR had such a fun weekend of celebrations for their friends and families, starting with a taco truck catered rehearsal dinner on Friday. Their wedding was full of special personal touches: Julian's sisters sang a capella as she walked down the aisle (I'm about to cry just thinking about it), their officiant was Julian's grandfather, and the Maid of Honor made all the desserts including delicious ice cream sandwiches in three flavors. It was a beautiful day and I was so happy to be a part of it!
Venue: The Black Bear Inn - A beautiful bed and breakfast with THE nicest proprietors, Bruce and Wendi, who did so much to make this day a success.
Catering: Lunch Lady Catering - Kris and her staff served a wonderful family style meal and their appetizers included the most insane cheese plate I have ever seen!
Photography: Christina Richards - Christina is an incredible photographer and a joy to work with. Her photos truly tell the story of the day and showcase all the emotions.
Florals: Sweet Lilacs Studio - Susan's florals added touches of beauty throughout the venue - one of my favorites was the gorgeous flower-adorned arch that framed the ceremony.
Live band: The Little Fullers - They kept cocktail hour lively with beautiful folk music!
DJ: Palm Tree Productions - Mark handled sound and music for the ceremony and kept the dance floor packed all night! He was a great MC and never cheesy which is always a plus.
Rentals: Classic Party Rentals - Check out those amazing farm tables for the reception!
